Here's how to follow your order from our door to yours.

1. Order confirmation

Right after you check out, we email an order confirmation with your order number.

2. Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

3. Shipping confirmation

When your order ships, we send a second email with your tracking details. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your package. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after shipping.

Check your spam or promotions folder.
If you have a customer account, sign in to see your order status.
