Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.00 per order. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during peak seasons, bad weather or carrier delays.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the email. See Track My Order for more.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email contact@ridercape.com right away. We can only change an address before the order has shipped.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, email contact@ridercape.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
